Horses
The primary requirement for working horses is someone to look after them, with whom they have a good relationship. Their feed needs will differ depending on their age and the job they have to do. Protein, energy, vitamins, minerals and trace elements must be available in the right balance. Not too little of a nutrient, but not too much either. Remember, you can have too much of a good thing, as they say. When putting together Teurlings horse feed, we paid special attention to quality, taste and purity of the ingredients, not forgetting nutritional value. A healthy horse needs all these factors. Pure ingredients are not usually the cheapest ingredients; however, they are a guarantee of good quality.

Sheep and goats
Sheep need extra feed primarily in the autumn and winter. How much you give them will depend almost entirely on the weather conditions. If there is snow on the ground, they must be given straw and hay in addition to concentrate. In spring, when they are suckling, sheep are particularly sensitive to copper poisoning. For that reason, do not give sheep access to concentrates for other animals.

We have developed special pellets for dwarf goats and milk goats. Feeding of concentrate depends on conditions such as how much milk they have. In our goat feed, we have been extra careful with the Ca/P balance to prevent the formation of kidney stones as far as possible.
