Ornamental fowl have special nutritional needs. Teurlings ornamental fowl feed has a high protein content and an adapted amino acid pattern to meet these specific needs that gallinaceous birds have. The well-balanced, complete feeds contribute to a gleaming coat of magnificent feathers as well as good consistent growth in chicks and young animals. The stock pellets are a daily complete feed that promotes good conditioning and general health in adult animals. Teurlings ornamental fowl feed is ideal for pheasants, peacocks, partridges, turkeys, guinea fowl, quails and old country breeds. Teurlings recommends that you use ornamental fowl feed for smaller ornamental chickens. The diameter of the ornamental fowl pellet is smaller than that of the poultry pellet and therefore better suited to smaller breeds of chicken.

In addition to a complete feed, a mix of cereals can be supplied as a supplement for pheasants and ornamental chickens. Teurlings recommends feed cereal mixes up to a maximum of 25% of the total daily feed requirement.
